Christ Glory Centre Ministry (CGC) was launched in 2012 with just a handful of youth. We started in a temporary structure in the center of Siaya town. Despite the humble beginnings the word of God was going out with power, signs and wonders and we quickly began to grow. Soon after, in 2014 we were able to purchase land and began constructing a much larger building that can accommodate 300 members. Currently CGC has several branches in the following locations; Siaya Town, Nya Yesu, Luala, Yogo, Kamalunga, Sidundo, Uhembo, Apate, Ogwedhi, Sigomere, Mung’ao, Sigalame, Busia Our ministry continues to rapidly expand into new territory, developing branches in remote regions across Kenya. Today we have a congregation of around 1,000 members, spread across 13 branches with Siaya hosting our main headquarters.
Our main headquarters is located adjacent to Kenya Industrial Estate (KIE) off of Siaya-Rwambwa road on your way to Kisumu. We have two buildings, housing both our children’s ministry and our main services.
We would love to have you join us.
We hold two services on Sundays at
8:00 am- 10:00 am in English
10:30 am-1:00 pm in Swahili and English

Built 2 primary Schools High School in PROGRESS
In 2008 we begun in a small mud hut that doubled as a church on Sundays and a school throughout the week. With 30 students, 2 teachers and 1 cook, we launched our small beginnings of a school. It quickly became evident that in order for these children from various families to thrive, we needed to provided food for them. So we introduced a feeding program, providing two meals a day which we still continue to provide. To find out more about our unique feeding program, please check out “Yogo Farms” under our Agriculture page.
Clean Water, Electrification Youth Empowerment
For the holistic ownership of the projects the CBOs were formed to amalgamate the Church and community at large to work in unity towards a common societal development agenda. The committees driving the project therefore derives its membership from the CGC Church and other non-members of the church within the community. The CBO has different development agendas, ie the school, the farm, the water, the electricity and health and welfare projects.
Acquired Farm lands, Irrigation
Over period of time, we have succeeded in acquiring farming lands that we now irrigate to enable us overcome food shortages within our variuos sectors such as the schools and the community at large. Our farms have provided great job opportunities to the locals both skilled and skilled as we incorporate every member to see us thrive through and ensure we put food on many people's tables as a good living of everyone is our main objective to the society at large.
Mission teams are very much an integral part of the work we do in Kenya. As we host teams who work along-side of us, on the ground, aligning with our vision and empowered by the Spirit of God, we see dramatic transformation take place.
Take a look at what WE have achieved and what we continue to push through that we may achieve at its best at the end.
